Special Events

There are many special events that take place throughout the year in Slaidburn and the  surrounding area. Far too many for us to give details of them all. On these pages we hope to give you a flavour of what's on.

Our premier event is the annual Slaidburn Steam & Vintage Vehicle Display. Other events include vintage rallies, Agricultural Shows, flag and sheep festivals and many music events to suit all tastes.

There are also many regular car boot sales markets and village hall events as well as a flag festival at nearby Settle.

Brass Band Concerts At the Hark to Bounty When possible concerts are held outside in the garden or if the weather isn't great we have them in the Courtroom.
