Accommodation

All our rooms are en-suite with Bath and/or Shower, Television and Tea and Coffee making facilities. We also have cots available, which can be put in some of the bedrooms. Rates for children can be agreed at the time of booking.

We happily accept dogs with guests, however we do find that this inevitably means extra cleaning. We charge for dogs at the rate of £2.50 per night.

ACCOMMODATION TARIFF

Bed and Breakfast Rates. All rates are per person per night and include Full English Breakfast and VAT@17.5%

Rooms 8 and 9 do have extra beds and rates can be agreed at time of booking if these are required, as can rates for children.

Please Note: A booking is not confirmed until we have received a deposit of £10.00 per person, either by Cheque or Credit Card. Deposits are non-refundable.
